thanks for the great recipe….what changes would need to be made in this recipe to substitute all purpose flour with whole wheat flour?

Can you tell me the pizza stone brand, and where you got it. If you got it onlne, is it possible to give the link.

Naan is so good – and with a bit of practice, it becomes incredibly easy to make! Plus, it goes with anything – I love to have it with some grilled chicken and vegetable kebabs. It’s delicious! My local Indian take-away does *gigantic* naan. They’re so delicious!

It is a bit high, but I think they meant that you should put it at 170 then switch it off before putting in the dough to rise – I’m assuming 170 is maybe the lowest temperature setting they have? Yeast can be killed around 140

Isn’t 170° for rising a bit high? I would think that would kill the yeast. I usually let dough rise in 80°-90°.

Bake until golden brown — around 5 minutes but it really depends on your oven’s temperature.

how long do you bake them for?

All Purpose Flour = Plain Flour … for those people here in the UK.
