Is it possible you can show us how to make Molokhia (Melokiyah) my husband loves this, also more potatoes dishes, my son is a fussy eater and is very hard to please, but potatoes is something he loves, your last recipe had potatoes i forget the name now, but my son loved it anyways!

I’m really glad you posted this! There was a nice Mediterranean restaurant in St. Catharines, Ontario.(Two-storey house with main floor converted to kitchen and diningroom). Young family running the business. They had this dish on their menu. It was my favourite. I will have to try this at home. Oh BTW I’m from Dutch-Canadian bachground and our whole family loves everything about Mediterranean cooking. Your You-Tube example really helped with this recipe. People…You gotta try this!!!

great combo! :)

My favorite meat to serve battata harra is grilled red mullet. And of course a tiny bit of lime juice and home made harissa.
Great recipe, thank you!
