You should try adding a good deal of grated parmeggiano reggiano cheese to your soup after its done, and making it with your own home made beef stock it come out great!

That looks excellent! I love onions and I just have to try this. I usually add onions to my chicken soup, never tried it with a beef stock. Thanks for the recipe. The only ingredient I’m missing is the beef stock. I’m off to the store right now to get me some. I can’t wait!
