I’m thankful that people seem to be awakening to the kind of world we should be living in. (This is as opposed to the Facist States of America we have now!)

I am thankful for finding out about raw eating. I have only been eating raw for three weeks and already my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Anxiety Disorder have improved to the point that I can be a better wife and mother. For the first time in a long time I do not feel like I dont have enough energy to get out of bed.

We don’t celebrate it here in Norway either, but instead of Halloween, this really is one holiday I think we should adopt.

I’m thankful for you two, and all the other raw food inspiration I get online. And I’m thankful that I’ve managed to stay vegetarian this time around :D I’ve usually been too much of a picky eater to last long in the past but I’ve managed about 2 months now :D YAY! Vegan and RawFoodie is next on my agenda.
And I’m thankful for all the love all animals give me each day.

I am an Estonian living in Sweden, and we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving here, but I am very thankful for my decision of going vegan this year (after 27 years of omnivism, which is probably not a word), which has lead me to raw food, and a more positive and peaceful state of mind… Oh, and also for wonderful people like you guys who are spreading the word about optimum nutrition! Together we CAN change the health of the world! :)
