This helps to stretch the food dollars by making butter spread thinner and go further. The healthy oils (olive and coconut) are good fats for your body. It’s easy to whip this up and savor the great butter flavor! Good on the budget and better for your body. 2 sticks softened organic butter 1/4 -1/3 C organic olive oil 1/4-1/3 C organic coconut oil Whip together on high until smooth and fluffy. Transfer to a storage container and use usual. Get organic coconut oil here: www.uriinternational …

Yay! I love when you come out with a new video Donna!
Hey…….I did this last night & it came out great! Husband & son love it, so we will see if my daughters do!
Thanks for the great tip! We will waste less butter…(trying to “thaw” it in the micro!) and we will get some of that healthier coconut oil!!
Your awesome!
If you are wondering at the price of coconut oil, check out this youtube video that I found about it. It is actually a series of videos on coconuts.
clever
Thanks Donna. I found it! I can’t wait to try this!
My pleasure!
Thanks!
Donna
Thank you!
Glad you enjoy them!
I’ll have to try this recipe – but I must say the coconut oil makes all the difference. So ‘buttery’ not coconutty. (o:
Best Blessings!

I know! You do not taste it at all…just tastes buttery.
It stays best in the fridge if you up the oils to 1/3 C each.
Thanks for the comments and for watching!

The little blue text that says ‘more info’ somewhere in that gray box…it is down there after ‘more info’ opens.
Let me know if you still can’t find it.
Best Blessings!
Donna
you mention a link to get the coconut oil but I can’t find it! Where is it please?
Ohhh!! Thanks so much for this one. We have been having trouble w/ using the butter because of the spreadable issue. I have a butter crock that works pretty good in the winter, but in the summer the butter melts inside it.
Coconut oil is AMAZINGLY healthy for you, and for those of you who have not used it before, you will be surprised that it has a strong coconut smell, but not a strong coconut taste. So adding that 1/4 cup to the butter, you probably won’t even taste a coconut flavor.
I’ve been making the Better Butter from Laurel’s Kitchen book for many years and it’s great. It’s basically the same thing but adds 2T Water, 2 T dried milk and 1/4 t. of lecithin. I’ve always used Canola Oil. Don’t see why Coconut Oil wouldn’t be even better!
This butter tastes wonderful and stays so spreadable even when stored in the fridge!
Great video…. I enjoy all your videos so much…. thank you!!!
Awesome thanks for the great info!
Five Stars!!
