We carry similar grinders at our Kitchen Store on our website.

You can use other oils, but you’ll lose out on the flavor of sesame oil. Also, if you choose to use another type of oil, don’t allow it to smoke — just heat it.

What type of grinder is that? It looks like something I’d like to buy.

This is the great and quick receipe.
I would like to know that we can use canola oil or penut oil instead of sesame oil.

I have so many different types of dried chilies at home from the garden; I mix several types for their unique flavors and heat level. This recipe is great for that mix of peppers. Thanks!

Very nice recipe. Very easy to store and use it for making a quick Chinese. Thanks for showing wonderful dishes.

As long as there is a oil floating on the top, it will last a while about 2-3 months in the refrigerator. But the longer you store it the spice level goes down.
