@cookingfordads Thank you. I really enjoy your channel. You’ve got some great ideas.

cookingfordads December 17, 2009 at 2:52 pm

you should try it without the Mozz. Let me know how it goes.

Looks great but for me ,I cannot stand Parmesan cheese. The smell and taste makes me sick and i’m italian. i cannot fathom how my family can sprinkle that foull smelling stuff on a beautiful plate of food. i tell my brothers take the jar of cheese and take a deep sniff of that junk and then tell me how much you love it! I use shredded mozarella instead. Good taste without that horrid odor.

man accept my apologies for the harsh word used there, with hindsight man it’s fair nuff really and the food is actually ok, basic but ok .. I mean I’m not making videos, however..I’m mad into food and health and enjoy vids that express that…so ye I’ll give some more of your vids a watch, any suggestions ?

thanks.
keep keepin on.

how many minutes do you need to oven in the bread.
Don’t you think that your going to over oven the bread.

The first time I watched this, My mouth salivated just watching. After making it today, I am NOT disappointed. It was so delicious. <3 The only different thing I did Aside from no French bread was I could only find Heavy whipping cream. I didnt like the look and taste of it, so I used normal sour cream. It was still delicious though. c: Im definetly trying some of your other recipes. Good job. [And sorry for the wall of text.]

break given! I just think it’s funny, I see it on the Food Network all the time. Chef Gordon Ramsey does it too, a pinch of rock salt, I don’t know about him, but I pinch with two fingers, he did a grab.

Keep up to good public service!

cookingfordads December 17, 2009 at 2:52 pm

it was actually only about a palm’s worth, (less than a 1/4 cup) I didn’t think it was that much, but i agree with you in theory. This was my very first episode so you have to give me a little break. :-)

sapipa177 December 17, 2009 at 2:52 pm

I hate it when cooking show says, “not too much, just a little bit..” then you see them add a whole bunch….like the Parmesan cheese in this video
